Alida & Kenny are a really sweet couple.  I met up with them a few weeks ago for their engagement session and of course it ended up being a weird Texas weather kind of day.  Randomly cold and looked like it MIGHT rain all day, but lucky for us it didn’t.  So we braved the weather and some crazy barking dog, but we got some great pics of these two.

Happy new year everyone!  Beth and James are our first post of hopefully many for 2010!  We actually did this shoot right before we went on break for the holidays so I know they have been patiently waiting for this blog post.  These guys were so easy going and they really only had one request for the shoot and that was a big Texas flag picture.  There were actually two different options for a giant Texas flag about 5 minutes from our studio and one of them worked out pretty well, only issue was I had to go out into this marsh area that was surrounded by mud… luckily I didn’t fall in!

We met up with these two last weekend in old town spring. Since I have not shot there in a while I thought it would be a nice change of pace. From there we went to my old stomping grounds of downtown Conroe. That whole area always works out great with the old buildings and the rustic facades. The only problem was the heat of course, but on a positive note… I think I did sweat away a few pounds.
