First let me say sorry that the last few posts were brief. I normally try to write a little story about the session but I ended up catching a cold this week so the stories were very short. Thanks to my amazing wife for taking care of me.
Speaking of being thankful, an amazing photographer who although I don’t know personally but do admire his work, Fred Egan, lost everything in a fire over the weekend. I believe he has stayed pretty positive about the whole situation. He says: This is just another reminder that “stuff” is not what matters in life…”relationships” are.
This statement is so true, it is hard not to get wrapped up in material possessions. I am probably the worst about this. But I think about how blessed I am with the great friends and clients that I have. I believe that the value in my relationships out weigh any personal possessions I have. Anyways, please keep Fred in your thoughts.
That being said… on to the Holloways! Raquel is a sister of one of my repeat clients Christina. We met Raquel and her family in downtown Conroe. As soon as me and Rica saw the outfits we knew we were going to get some great photos. After looking through the photos I felt like we had a classic GAP family session. The whole session was great, the kids definitely kept me on my toes running this way and that. They were super adorable and would even hug each other, which soon turned into a wrestling match. I don’t think I gave my sister a hug until my twenties, sorry sis. Anyway afterwards the Holloways joined us for lunch at Mckenzies BBQ, a great way to end a session.
