Next Post - Rushing
Every once in awhile I get some time to hang out with other local photographers to shoot some different things and try to be a little more creative. Last year I did this session with Troy Covey and we met Emily at her grandfather’s amazing house for a fun modeling shoot.
Jacob is two!! We started off the session at home with Jacob and his two dogs. They were all really cute together. It was a bit of a challenge getting everyone’s attention, but we made it work with a few treats for the dogs, a few M&M’s for Jacob, and of course the help of the talking Elmo toy. Afterward we headed to the spot Jacob called ‘the forest’ which was a bush and some weeds I think… and we even got a few shots with the Houston skyline.
The Nicholson’s brought in their little ones, Mia & Micah for some Christmas photos as well as some for their 1st and 2nd birthdays. I think the session wore out mom and dad a little bit. At most of my shoots with kids I make the parents work just as hard to get smiles from the kids. We got the most smiles and giggles from Mia as soon as her mom gave her the huge sucker. Afterward we all headed over to Marc’s favorite eatery Taco Bueno, (I know he is a little weird).
