July 10, 2011I’ve recently been inspired to be a little creative with my photography and have had the great opportunity to do some food photos for one of our past clients that opened a restaurant in downtown Houston called Samba Grille. Just this month Samba was selected as one of America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants by Wine Enthusiast magazine! Congrats guys!! Plus, a really cool bonus for me was that a few of the photos I took were featured in the article! Since then, Samba has made a few changes to the menu and I was able to get some photos of the new dishes. **This first photo of Chef Cesar Rodriguez and the shrimp & fish ceviche were featured in the August 2011 edition of Wine Enthusiast Magazine!**
