Next up - Laney & Daryl's Engagement!
Elly and JD had their reception at the lovely home of Elly’s parents. They had a nice intimate backyard reception and it was possibly the best weather to spend an evening outside. And they had Pappasitos catering… which is so good! Best fajitas! 
By the way… Elly’s younger sister, Anny, is a great singer! She actually sang a song for Elly and JD to dance to and it was really sweet. Check out a few photos from the night.
Elly and JD had their ceremony at The Woodlands United Methodist Church. This church is one of my favorites for two reasons; the chapel has huge windows which let great light in and it’s close to home. JD had warned me at their engagement session that he is not a big fan of PDA. So of course before the ceremony I had to tease him a bit by asking him what he was going to do when the pastor says “You may now kiss the bride”. After the ceremony we had some time do a portrait session with just Elly and JD, so we took the opportunity to do some photos outside. Also check out the pictures of the rings I got in the chapel…. these are some of my favorite ring shots!

Jamie and Billy were the last session for Images for a Cure. They came by to update their family pictures with their sweet little boy Will. As Jamie put it, “he’s not getting any younger!” So yup, gotta get pics of the little guy, while he’s still little! Will cooperated for the most part, and I think he liked me. He seemed to laugh at me for awhile but then stopped as soon as I tried to take a picture. I think he did it on purpose.
