Erica & David Engagement

July 19, 2009

We met up with these two last weekend in old town spring. Since I have not shot there in a while I thought it would be a nice change of pace. From there we went to my old stomping grounds of downtown Conroe. That whole area always works out great with the old buildings and the rustic facades. The only problem was the heat of course, but on a positive note… I think I did sweat away a few pounds.

Family Session in Roatan

July 14, 2009

Sorry guys, I know that I say this a lot but I love my job. I get to sleep in during the week, I get to make my own schedule, and I get to work with great couples and families every week. One other perk of my job is sometimes I get to travel! Me and the wife got to travel to a small island off of Honduras called Roatan to photograph Jill and Steve’s wedding. Roatan was amazing and Jill & Steve’s family and friends were as well. We started the weekend of photos off with a small family session in Gumbalimba Park with monkeys and parrots. The weather was a little hot but we worked through it.
